Zelda's Rescue - Dec '03

![]() Zelda's rescue was a video game that I worked on mainly with my brother. The game was written in assembly for an x86 processor as part of a Computer Engineering course at the University of Illinois. A number of screen shots are shown above. We based most of the game art on screen shots from the SNES Link to the Past, and used Adobe Photoshop to touch these up since our game was done at a much higher resolution. The game had a fully developed plot, weapons, stores, characters, and minigames that were true to the traditional zelda games. This was probably the most fun I had in college and one of the projects I was the proudest of. A link to the official website of the game can be found below and gives more details on the plot of the game and its implementation. >> Zelda's Rescue Homepage |
